Answers:
Eeek, to begin, please do not listen to that girl on top. There is no such thing as a fish-eating vegetarian because vegetarians, quite specifically, do not eat dead animals.

The key to a healthy vegetarian diet is the same key to any other diet, eat a variety of foods. If you are eating a variety, then you are getting all the nutrients you need.

Vegetables.

being a vegetarian, you can't eat meat...but your still allowed to eat fish, eggs, and dairy products.try to go to some of these websites and try to understand what the proper diet a vegetarian needs.

Anything but meat.

Your best bet is to buy some books to get the proper diets. There is a ashow called Christina's cooks that are simple and don't call for all those expiensive ingredients. Remember, nuts and wheat is a complete protien, eat allot of Soy products, the soy bean is the only food in the world that increases protien while cooking instead of losing it! Just get youtrself some books. It will become easier as it goes along. A cooking class on this wouoldn't hurt either. You must balance your diet properly.

if your going vegetarian you can't eat any meat only vegetables ans fruits

Yep, beef steak morning noon and night - with a handful of veggies on the side.
