If done carefully, you can be extremely healthy and energetic.

You would lose a ton of weight. If you are going to try this make sure you take extra vitamins every day. There are certain nutrients you cannot get from fruits and veggies that your body needs.

Oi! you could get some serious hemorrhoids, because of all the acids in the fruit

as long as you make sure you supplement everything that you're not getting, you should be completely fine.

You would not the proper amount of protein in your diet. That is what you get from meat and eggs. Protein is an essential part of a healthy diet. I am sure there are other nutrients that you would miss out on as well.

I have found that www.WEBMD.com offers tons of health information. That may be a great resource for you.

you would be fine, meat isn't the only source of protein you can have eggs and nuts. Also there is whey protein powder that you can add to fruit drinks and smoothies.

No one can answer this question with out your being more specific about which fruits and veggies you plan to eat. Also..grains are good, but it's possible to get complex carbs in other ways. You could put together a very healthy diet...or an unhealthy one using these limitations. An assortment of legumes could get you protien..together with rice..complete proteins...but then you didn't mention grains.

This is like asking...what would happen if I ate only breakfast foods...which ones? how much?

well, its ok as long as you eat vegies with protein...

Bad idea, your poop would turn weird, i forget how so, but its due to the huge amounts of fiber. And it doesnt provide a lot of minerals, you need beans, nuts and soy for protein, sesame seeds, collard greens, and soy for calcium, flax for omega 3s, spinach for iron. Other than that you can eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
