Cheese -- milk's finest hour. I've never met a cheese that I didn't like, but my favorites are a good, sharp Cheddar, Crandale (Chesleydale with cranberries), and Stilton.
I just made myself hungry. . .gonna go raid the fridge for some Cheddar! :-)

It's usually high in fat, and doesn't contain any nutrient that I can't get from other non-fatty foods.
I hope to one day stick to a vegan lifestyle, and I'm working on phasing out the cheese.
I absolutely LOVE making homemade veggie pizza, though. I have not found a vegan "cheese" that melts properly, and it frustrates me.

Not anymore, used to eat loads of it when i started to be vegetarian but decided to become vegan instead, do not miss it at all to be honest! :)
