An essential amino acid:?!

Question:

An essential amino acid:?

what is it

Answers:
They are simply the amino acids that your body is unable to produce. I'd list them but someone else already has. You can use this link to see the amounts of essential amides in the foods you eat.

An essential amino acid is one you body can't make on its own. your body can produce 15 of the 23 amino acids, the other 8 must be eaten in plant based foods if you are a vegetarian. If you are a non vegetarian then you can get them from plants based foods and animal products. If you eat a variety of foods then you will get all the amino acids your body needs to build protein cells. Vegetarian foods rich with essential amino acids are fruits, vegetables (sprouts are an awesome source), legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, grain. So they can be found in anything really.
