What is healthier? Potato Chips (crisps) or Dorito's?!

Question:

What is healthier? Potato Chips (crisps) or Dorito's?

Answers:
Read the TOTAL fat and SATURATED fat content on the packaging.

Then compare it to the packaging on something healthier.

Neither.

Goto Wal-Mart and buy these chips called Flat Earth.

2/6th of a serving has 100% daily serving of vegetables.

There's no trans fat and it's very healthy, no additives or preservatives. Taste good too! And you can get fruity flavors like mango-peach or apple, or the regular stuff.

Cheers

both just cover them with ranch dressing

corn chips or vegetables chips

These kettle cooked Hawaiian Chips are good. They have no Msg.

Your basic potato chip is just a fried and salted potato, but have you ever looked at the laundry list of garbage that goes into a Dorito? I'm on the crisps' side.

Neither one is "healthy" They both are high in saturated fat, and contain artificial colors, flavors and preservatives, and dyes (red food color is made from dried cochlear beatles) Some companies offer a more natural option, containing just potato, sea salt and oil, but they are still high in fat. Veggie chips are a slightly better option, as are corn chips. I use raw radish and raw snow pea to satisfy my chip cravings. They are crunchy and delicious

i would go for torilla chips plain, and eat with salas, but if i have to pick from the 2, then doritos

Non of them are to healthy
Best thing you should do is to buy organic chips,
which have all natural ingredients and are free from saturated fats :)
