I don't know if there is a certification process, but I know a ton of Chefs that love using local, organic, ingredients. Going to farmers markets, and getting involved with the farming of their products is a new tred in the culinary world. There is a newer movement known as "slow food" which is all about celebrating local organic food, that takes time and care to cook. So to anwser your question I'm not sure if there is a real certification, but I do know organic cooking and food is already highly respected in the culinary world. You can find Chef's that only use organic ingredients, and no one would turn anyone down from a job because they prefer organic foods
