I love grilled squash and zucchini. Just drizzle a little olive oil over them and season w/ salt, pepper or anything else you like and throw 'em on the grill. Yum!

Asparagus., is good on the girll.

Zucchini, squash, corn on the cob, peppers

zucchini is delicious and green pepper. you can make veggie kabobs.

turnips, carrots, tomatoes, squash, cucumber, zucchini...

I like grilled zucchini and eggplant. I think grilled yellow and red peppers would also be good.

Bell peppers, Egg Plants, squash, and onions.
Tomatoes, and asparagus are also great on the grill.

Mushrooms, green, red and orange peppers, cherry tomatoes (veggie or fruit?)

A sweet onion, red, green, yellow bell peppers, garlic, and some seasonings.

Grill the peppers and garlic and seasonings first. When they are close to being done, put the onion in. (You don't want the onions to overcook)

you can grill anything you can think of~~

im not vegan..but i like mushrooms.eggplant.plantains,a...

Corn on the cob
Asparagus
Zucchini
Eggplant
Onion
Squash

oh asparagus, squash, zuccini, green peppers and onions , drizzle with a little olive oil and put on some salt and pepper they are very good

i was thinking about grilling some rep pepper, brush with fused olive oil and just grill till ready to eat, you can also brush a sauce on to it near the end

corn is good
just make mixed vegg kabab

I marinate portabello mushrooms, zuchini, yellow squash, pearl onions, green peppers and lightly steamed baby carrots in olive oil and garlic. Season with salt, ground pepper and herbs. I thread them on wooden picks to make kababs, and grill them over a charcoal grill. Yummy. Nice with a dipping sauce, such as cocktail or sour cream

Eggplants are delicious! Zucchini, red & yellow peppers, and tomatos are great too.

oooh, portobello mushrooms and squash, awesome, but make sure you season the mushrooms, they are so freat you can treat them like meat!

i had asparagus and corn on the cob off the grill last night. delicious. you can also do vegan shishkabobs with mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc. good luck and enjoy!

Very good question.....As a chef I love grilling Anything !! for better flavor..and less calories......try some sweet Maui onions marinated in balsamic and some olive oil....try griiling some baby bok choy as well...even fruits are great grilled..try peaches, pineapple or mangoes...no limits...just use your imagination !!

I like to take zuccini and yellow squash and onion. I kabob them. Then I take Good Seasoning Italian Dressing Powder and shake over the veg's. If they are too dry spritz a little olive oil on the kabob

Congrats on loosing 6 pounds that is wonderful. I myself am on a diet and know the struggle. I love to grill carrots, the little baby ones are the best but they can burn really fast so you have to be careful. Also zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, portobello mushrooms, white cap mushrooms, tomatoes (they can be runny so be careful), asparagus (I don't like them but lots of people do), corn on the cob of course. As a healthy dessert peaches are great grilled with a bit of lite cool whip on them, it's the best. Keep up the good work on your diet.

portabella mushrooms, green tomatoes, okra,
zucchini, squash, onions.

While you're at it go a head and grill some tofu
or seitan- season it with tomato sauce or
lemon pepper seasoning. Boneless- apetite!

Lots of Vegetables can be grilled.. Beets, Eggplants, Aspargus, Tomatos, Carrots, Parsnip, Salsify, Avocado,
Squash, Pumpkins, Corn on the cob. I use to dislike eggplant but grilled with tomato it is good! Prettiner every vegetable can be grilled! For recipes contact me at Canadacook@myway.com. ddherbals@yahoo.ca

why don't u make a stuffed bell pepper and load it with topping and grill it ? i think it will be fabulous. Grilled tomato's and bell pepper are very yummy and color full because there are yellow, red, green bell peppers that u can find

My favorite is onions, bell peppers and mushrooms with garlic, salt and pepper. Yummy!!!

Try this you'll love it:
1 egg plant peeled and cut lenghtwise
2 zuchinnis cut lenghtwise
2 red or orange bell pepper sliced lenghtwise in thick slices
1 onion cut lenghtwise

Put a bit of oil in the bottom of a big cookie sheet or 2 medium ones
broil at 375 for 15 minutes on each side

When done, put in a big salad bowl and add 1/2 cup of tomato juice and a drizzle of olive oil, mix well!

I use that in sandwishes with light cheeze or with while grain pasta, you can even eat it on its own! Makes a lot and its delicious!!!

Once I used it in a lasagna, people were asking me for my recipe, I just made a regular lasagna and put that stuff in the middle layer instead of ricotta cheeze.

Are you haveing a BBQ? i like to make squewers for the BBQ with onion, capsicum (peppers) pinapple, tofu, sweet potato, mushroom, tiny tomatoes... MMMM
serve them with some kind of dressing, like sweet chilli sauce.
