Has anyone out there made noodles from konjak powder?

I haven't tried to yet, but am planning on it. Konjak is really difficult to work with until you get the hang of it. It thickens 10 times more quickly than cornstarch, and it takes quite a bit of practice. It can become a lumpy mess in a hurry, and is too espensive to just play around with
