Anyone knows of empty enteric-coated vegetable capsules on sale?!

Question:

Anyone knows of empty enteric-coated vegetable capsules on sale?

I am looking for enteric-coated peppermint oil, but all products I found over the net carry gelatin with it (I don't take bovine/porcine stuffs). I am thinking of buying empty capsule shells and peppermint oil separately, but I can't seem to find anyone selling enteric-coated empty caps.

From what I read I should be taking 200mg of peppermint oil for each meal taken. There are a lot of sites selling vegecaps but they are not enteric coated though.

There are a few places that carry kosher capsules but I can't think of them @ the present moment.

By the way, how much peppermint oil are you preparing to consume? Are you aware of how much you can take safely?
