Question: My question is about the low carb diet. My diet doesn't have much protein content. I'm supposed to eat limited amount of carbs, which is impossible on Indian vegetarian diet. We get soy products in US but most of them are highly processed and genetically engineered contradictory to their claims. What foods in an Indian diet are low in carbs but high in protein? I would really appreciate it if you can help me. I'm suffering from a syndrome called PCOS.
