Ever watched a little baby's reaction when Mum first spoons in some pureed meat? YUK!!! Mashed meat everywhere! Same baby will happily suck down mashed bananas, carrots, applesauce, oatmeal etc.
Maybe your body is trying to tell you something--- "Meat" is partially putrefied carcasses of murdered animals.
First off, the vegetarian and vegan section's probably not the best place to ask. It's probably poor quality or been cooked too long, either that or it's psychological. I know you said it's not poor quality or badly cooked but think about it, there are a limited number of reasons as to why you would find ALL meat chewy. Perhaps you're just not used to the texture?
What you crave is the CHEWING.
Chewing is a form of exercise.
Your body is craving exercise.
Do aerobics, stretching and weightlifting.
Eating is why people eat so much. Not for the food, but for the exercise.
Marinate it to soften it up! Or cook it with barbeque sauce.
when eating meat look at the grain the way it runs. if the grain is running up and down . slice it and the lay the grain so it is running left and right then cut across the grain . this will make the toughtest meat tender. for tender meat it's all in the way it was cut before you buy it. regardless of the price.
Because it is the flesh and muscle tissue of a living creature, of course its going to be chewy. Perhaps you also have some issues with eating animal flesh and may want to give a vegetarian diet consideration
Because, humans aren't really made to eat meat.
But, why would vegetarians know the answer? (see subject you posted in).
Our teeth are more suited for vegetation.
We don't have true canines like lions and
tigers do. Consider a vegetarian diet.
