Do vegetarians eat more than non-vegetarians?!

Question:

Do vegetarians eat more than non-vegetarians?

I recently became a vegetarian and i think I eat more often than before. Is this normal?

Answers:
It would depend on the person.
When I became vegetarian, I found that I was quite full, actually, most likely due to the increase of fiber in my diet.
But I've had friends who became vegetarian and were more hungry.

It could be that you aren't getting enough food.
Make sure to eat lots of tofu, nuts and beans and good vegetarian protein sources, and you may feel more full.

Yeah I'm a vegetarian and I am always hungry. I eat a lot but my weight is always low so it doesn't matter. Enjoy eating a lot!

maybe the typpes of food ur eatin isnt filling u up as much as meat would try soya beans or something i heard they are filling im not a vegaterian personally but would like 2 turn just i dont know much about wat 2 eat 4 nutrition and stuff if i was 1.

It's because you are probably eating alot less calorie dense foods.Fruits and veggies barely have any calories.

Yes. Meat is more filling that vegetables as meat is made of protein. So try to eat more protein from vegetarian sources.

=)

You're probably eating more often but I bet you're still eating less.

I certainly don't eat those huge meals like I used to. Remember how much you used to eat in one sitting? Chicken, mashed potatoes, vegatables and bread. Ouch.

Now you're probably eating tons of healthy snacks all day long. I bet you feel better too.

no,i don't think so,because non-veg is more tastier than veg
