I suggest lots of menus based around soy products, like veggie burgers (try MorningStar's spicy black bean veggie burger)-- but that may be too processed-- and re-fried beans (think Mexican-- you didn't say corn allergies, so check out some corn tortillas to see if they include any "forbidden" ingredients. Check also for dairy free cheeses, milks, and other items.

You should probably check out recipe books from the library and look up recipes on the internet. Start by trying one type though, like wheat-free. Then just copy or print recipes that fit with all the requirements.

You are working under difficult conditions and I wish you luck.

Can they eat brown rice? Maybe make some brown rice with chole (Indian spicy garbanzo bean dish, can be made non spicy (but still tasty)). Other possibilities (less heavier)...spinach salad with garbanzo beans, roasted red bell pepper, corn, onions, etc with a balsamic vinegrette or cilantro lime dressing. (had it yesterday and it is VERY filling!)

I can so relate! I am allergic to wheat, soy, eggs, commercial dairy, tomato, avacado, peanuts, and all foods containing amines, which means all meats and poultry. I invite you to join my yahoo group for support, recipes, and ideas. If you join, read the many helpful files in the files section-especially the one about commercial milk, and my recovery story. I hope you join, lots of great recipes.

You arent that limited. There are lots of grains besides wheat. Since vegetarians do not eat fish, it wont matter if you are allergic to it or not. Stick to whole grains (oats, quinoa, brown rice etc), beans, nuts, veggies and fruit. Almond or soy milk is a great replacement for milk.

Go to your local health food shop...i though i was allergic to wheat for a while and they gave me all sorts of wheat free products: pasta and bread, etc.
If not, then just improvise...make salads with lentils and nuts, and meat, buy jacket potatoes, oo this is harder than i thought! Im sure you cn find lots of things if you look at home-it may just be beacuse you suddenly think you have nothing left, although giving uo wheat is HARD!

Syngi and Kitkat give good answers but don't listen to Beebs because she lies! She tells people that she's a vegetarian because vegetarians eat fish but then when we yelled at her she started saying she doesn't eat fish but asks questions about how to cook fish! She says she is a single mother with a vegan daughter then told Kitkat that she is married and has two sons! She changes her allergy list also! She told polls and surveys question that she is allergic to fish. SHe says she lives in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and lots of other places to!
I don't want you to get hurt by listening to a liars advice!!!!!!!!
