A Jar of Protein? Um, it really doesn't work like that.
But, Peanut Butter is loaded with protein and I think I pay around $3.50 at Trader Joe's.

You mean protein powder? About $10-$15 at the grocery store. But I bought it once and it tastes DISGUSTING! Like flavored plastic!

I stopped using protein powders. I find they make you become more fat than anything else.
More fun and healthier to eat real food.
