**Please, no vegan-hater trash, I want serious answers because I am asking a serious question. Keep your childish arguements to yourself.**
What kind of legumes are the most rich in protein and amino acids?

For whoever asked, a legume is a seed/bean/nut. Kind of like a dry fruit.

Try some lentils! Here's a recipe I have used for Lentil Tostadas:
2 cup green lentils, picked thru and rinsed
2 quart water (to cover)
1 Tsp salt
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 onion diced and sauteed in olive oil
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Corn tortillas
Chopped Tomatoes
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Shredded cheese
Cook lentils in water until water is absorbed. Add more if the mixture becomes too thick. Add spices and stir in cheese. Heat additional oil in skillet and cook tortillas until crispy. Drain. Top with lentil mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. You can also add salsa and sliced olives if you like.

I believe that you are asking what food is a good replacement for meat protien. The truth is that if you are eating a vegan or veg. diet, you need far less protien. Protien is needed for a meat eater to try and digest the meat that the human body cannot easily pass through the system. With that in mind there are many food types to give you heavy protien. Concentrate more on your iron intake which can be easily done.
