Question:

The lecithin from which animal its taken from?

Answers:
Lecithin is derived from egg yolks* or soybeans. For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lecithin...

*Bird/animal source. Vegetarians may or may not consume. Vegans avoid.

It is derrived from beef... The most popular type available now is derrived from soy. (This is what I use) If it is soy based it will be clearly stated - soy(a) lecithin. If not it will simply say lecithin.

Lecithin can be found in egg yolks and organ meat (liver) contain a high amount.

If you're referring to supplements, those are probably derived from soy beans.

lecithin....where is that?
