Are meat eaters becoming blind?!

Question:

Are meat eaters becoming blind?

It seems that they can't read vegan and vegetarian section and keep answering questions here...its starting to bother me.

Answers:
Actually, the only reason that I clicked on this particular question is because of what you wrote as your 'question'. Had you not written such - never would have given what you wrote a second glance. I normal read posts by top contributors - ignoring the ones by those that I have found from experience to be spam artists. I have found a few others when doing such that I also will look for their comments as they have information that I have checked and found to be very reliable.

See, I eat meat on occasion. I have been told to by my doctor (fish or chicken) as I have had to overcome incredible medical problems when I totally do without. My doctor is from India - more than familiar with vegan/vegetarian diets as she is one herself. She explained to me why I could only eat that way for a period of time - which to be honest, I didn't really grasp - I just follow her orders. You may not agree with such - that is your choice. But that is the facts as it pertains to myself. Other than the few times a week that I do eat such per doctors orders - I eat more than likely the same as you.

I also like to come to this area to see if there are any posts that are of interest to me - since I do eat vegetables - have been vegetarian at different times in my life (before medical problems set in) - also very concerned about what it is that I am putting in my mouth.

I prefer organic foods over the mass production stuff that is easy to find. I am not a fan of all the imported foods that are within the United States that are coming in from countries that have farming methods that are known to be way below any standard set within the United States with chemicals that are known to be deadly after repeated exposure over a period of time.

So I come to this area - mostly to read. I glean information of interest to myself to meet my personal needs. It isn't meant to insult you. It isn't meant to be anything other than what it is - someone reading in an attempt to keep myself as healthy as I possibly can with the means and knowledge that I gather.

If you have a problem with that - I suggest that you look within for underlying causes.

what?

As I understand the rules, ANYone can answer questions posed in ANY category.

Get over your anemic self....here, have a burger.

no

Maybe...guess I'll have to feel around for my steak.

STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

the questions are placed in categories for all people to answer weirdo. meat eaters you sounds like a fricken dinosaur, do you not wear makeup, not brush your hair, wear hemp necklaces, and eat koser food. YOUR STRANGE AND POSTING A QUESTION LIKE THIS IS STRANGER.

i am not blind and i love meat but what does that have to do with answering questions?

Does being a vegan make you microcephalic?

I eat meat and I have 20/20

Ssssoooorrry. But I believe you left this particular question open to everyone. If you ask a question on this system someone is going to answer regardless if they are a meat eater or not. Those that answer your questions are most likely just answering the question for points or just answering the question and Not reading the description. By the way don't get mad but I'm a meat eater and I'm not blind, just strawberry blonde.

it's about ppl coming on here and answering the questions just for the kick of heckling someone....i have asked questions that are VERY specific and i still get silly answers from ppl who know NOTHING about the subject and just want the 2 points

and yeah those who answer...go eat a hamburger, lets go beat an animal now...bla bla bla bla....the response is not funny and quite trollish

Hi. I think she meant that people are asking questions related to meat here. She didnt mean them being blind. :)

YES, all of that meat is going to those poor folks eyes! They spout off about things they are clueless about. How I long to be as ignorant and blissful about the truth about meat as I once was. Forgive them-they know not of what they speak. If they ever take the time to educate themselves, they will know better..until then, its a lost cause

WIN :D

you make alot of sense, but yes, they problly dont' eat vegg, and vegg like green and carrots are good for the eye
it's proven fact that eating carrots imporves eye sight, so if you dont eat veggs you can be blind

I don't mind the trollish ones as much as I mind the lying sacks that come here and pretend to be vegetarian whilst elsewhere ask how to cook the fish they eat or that claim to be vegan and blather mindlessly about how good raw milk is.

As far as more cholesterol in the arteries, esp the microvessels (capillaries) in their eyes and other places... .yes.

As far as meat eaters trolling vegetarian section in order to aggravate vegetarians, yes some of the answers here speak volumes to that....

who said that.lol

Membership in any group is not required to post anywhere on Yahoo Answers. Are you so closed-minded that you cannot tolerate other opinions than your own?

If open discussions "bother" you, consider a move to somewhere where free speech is frowned upon.

You're so pathetic.?^-^?

NO I DON'T KNOW ANY RECHERCHE THAT HAVE FINDINGS FOR THIS QUESTION. IF THAT HAPPENED THEN THE HALF OF THE WORLD POPULATION SHOULD BE BLIND

Oh, get over it. This is a PUBLIC FORUM, and as such we can answer in any section we feel like. Now, if you DON'T want OMNIVORES(pegged you as a troll by your using the wrong term for someone that doesn't share your eating style) "spoiling" your fun, then make your own farkin' vegan/vegetarian forum and moderate it. Your b*tching about this is just as bad as the "meat-eater" trolls.

Are you being bitter? I eat meat. But I would never slam you for not liking meat. As long as one makes a healthy choice I'm supportive.

I got two of them answering my question before. I wouldn't mind but it was 'Are you a VEGAN or VEGETARIAN in the North of England' - LOL!! one of them went off on a meat based tangent and spelt the word here wrongly as 'her'. They must be blind as bats to not be able to read the section name or find the 'spell check' !!!
