1/2 cup of ground almond flour for every 2 cups flour (and changing the flour to 1 1/2 cups) and it worked out well..no noticeable difference in flavor, but more nutritious...

Scandinavian cardamon biscuits: cream 6oz unsalted butter with 8 oz sugar; beat in one egg yolk and a scant 4 ounces double (heavy) cream; sift one pound plain flour with three-quarters teaspoon baking powder and gradually add to the batter, stirring until smooth. Add 6 ounces ground almonds and one to one-and-a-half tablespoons finely ground cardamon. Kneed to form a smooth dough.
Roll it up in waxed paper - needs to be between two and three inches in diameter - and chill in the fridge overnight. When ready to bake, heat the oven to 350 degrees; slice off the biscuits a scant half an inch thick and bake for 10-12 minutes; they should be golden brown. They'll keep for weeks in an airtight tin.
These are delicious and not too sweet; first time I found the dough difficult to work with but well worth persisting with - if you like cardamon.
make a bananas cake
with sliced almonds on top or inside
Make easy cookies with it.
Take two cups of ground almonds and mix it with one egg and a stick of margerin, a cup of sugar. Mix and bake as usual.
Or make marzipan with it. Mix a cup of sugar with 1/8 cup of flavorless oil (such as corn oil or canola oil), then mix it with a cup of ground almond. You can do all kind of thing with it, such as color it with food coloring and make cake decorations, fillings, eat it right there, etc.
3 Tablespoons ground almonds, 1 1/2 cup cooked broccoli, salt to taste and enough broccoli cooking water to make it puree(probably 1/2 cup) = cream of broccoli soup. Maybe a vegetable bullion cube would help this recipe, too.
