Nah, I am a big fan of potstickers, beef sausage, all types of fish and seafood, a little ground lamb, burgers and pound steak.

NGREDIENTS

o 1 cup sugar
o 6 T corn starch
o 4 T cocoa
o 1/2 t salt
o 2 T oil
o 1 cup water ( i used soy milk)
o 1/2 t vanilla ( i had no vanilla extract but it was good anyways)


METHOD
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cocoa in a medium sauce pan. Whisk in the water. Heat over medium until it gets thick and starts to boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes (make sure you don't boil too long, or it will set like toffee). Remove from heat and stir in oil and vanilla. Cool and spread on cooled cake.

Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Tofu Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound extra firm tofu, well pressed and sliced into 3/4 inch rectangles
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup orange juice concentrate
salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
Whisk together the barbecue sauce, sugar, chili powder, pepper and orange juice over medium low heat until well combined, about 3 minutes.
Place the barbecue sauce mixture in a wide flat dish, and place the tofu in the sauce, coating both sides well. Allow to marinate for at least two hours.

Crock Pot Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 container soft (silked) tofu
1 container firm or extra firm tofu
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry
4 cups tomato sauce
1 box lasagna noodles

PREPARATION:
In a food processor or blender, combine the tofu, soy milk, garlic powder, lemon juice, basil, and salt and process until smooth. Add the spinach to this mixture.
Place about a cup of the tomato sauce in the bottom of the crock pot or slow cooker Then place 1/3 of the noodles on top of the sauce, and 1/3 of the tofu and spinach mixture on top of the noodles. Repeat these layers, being sure to end with sauce on top.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until noodles are soft.
