Firstly (yes, I know that's not a word), protein is not as big a deal as it's made out to be.
Anyway, beans, eggs, and soy have protein.
Go vegetarians!
Nuts are good sources of protein, as well as beans, soy and tofu
peanut butter is another

If you switch to whole-wheat pastas and breads, you will increase your protein intake substantially without having to change your diet much. Olives and avocados also have some protein, as well as some of the "good" kind of cholesterol that can be lacking in vegetarian diets.
Eggs are obviously good, and all of the nutritional value is in the egg-white, while most of the fat and cholesterol is in the yolks. A good trick is to make 3-4 eggs, and use just one egg yolk.
Protein is in beans, eggs, milk, soyproducts such as tofu and soymilk, milk and milkproducts, spinach, broccoli, nuts and seeds, fruits (not very much) and hot and cold cereals. Look at food labels and you will see that lots of products have protein in them and that vegetarians often even get more protein than the DV says...
soy, I don't eat it thou... try quiona, nuts, seeds, wild rice, oats, watermelon rine (juiced)
i have this whole wheat mac' n' cheese by Hodgens farms or something, it has 12 grams of protein per serving
veggie burgers have 7-13 grams of protein
Broccoli has more protein than beef ounce for ounce.
Soy is a great source. Beans, nuts, grains. Anything that's alive is made of protein. It's kind of silly that people dwell on protein. It's the easiest thing to get.
Beans, beets, and nuts.
Tofu is very good and soy the same.
