Question:

Can i use Duhram Indian Flour in a bread machine to make breads?

I am wondering if you know any good recipes for using Indian Duhram wheat flour in a breadmachine? Can i use yeast? I need vegan recipes though for i am vegan.

Answers:
You can but you will need to add some unbleached flour, as WW flour is very low in protien and gluten and needs something to hold on to, sweeten it with honey or Jaggery disosolved in the water, and it is best use it at a 3 to 1 ratio, I am former chef in Canada and have made WW bread a number of times both conventional and in a bread maker, you can make a perfectly good loaf with all natural ingredients but the key is to use the right proportions.
