Blue-grey caulyflower?!

Question:

Blue-grey caulyflower?

I had so much so I cleaned, dryed it off and froze it in. Now I see that it has a weird color. Blue-grey. What have I done wrong? Can it still be eaten?

Answers:
It's perfectly fine! That's a normal occurrence for cauliflower that wasn't blanched before freezing. You will find that most of that color disappears when cooked with other veggies!

Aside to Beebs. MOLD????? In a freezer??? It's just minor freezer burn and is just fine. All the fish and raw milk you consume whilst lying to the world about being a vegetarian with a vegan lifestyle is really starting to get to you.

Vegetarians do not eat fish. A fish eater is a Piscivore. Spread the correct word!

It sound like it deverloped mold. The only way to safely freeze that type of veg is to blanch it first, then freeze. Its not safe to eat if discolored
