Answers:
The Protein Shake Recipe for The Hulk Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 ? tbsp sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
1 mint leaf or a few drops peppermint extract (optional)
a few drops green food coloring (optional)
8 oz. cold water (or low-fat milk)
3-5 ice cubes

PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients to blender, blend, and pour into cup. This tastes great without the mint so don't worry if you don't have it around. The shake is a light green even without the food coloring but if you want it green (like The Hulk!), you'll need a few drops

Berry Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 scoop low carb protein powder (I used "Designer Protein" for my calculations), vanilla or plain
1/3 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries for the analysis)
2 Tablespoons Flax Seed Meal (or see above)
1/2 - 1 cup water (less if you want it thicker)
Sweetener to taste (I like to use liquid forms of Splenda - no carbs (see below)

PREPARATION:
Put everything in the blender and whiz it together.

My Berry Smoothie:

Fat Free Vanilla Stoneyfield Yogurt - delicious
1/2 frozen berries of your choice
1 scoop GeniSoy Milkshake powder - Vanilla - yum!
2 ice cubes
splash of Cranberry juice - or any other juice you wish
1/2 banana

Blend all - enjoy

my smoothie:

chocolate protein powder
7 or more ice cubes
1 banana
8-12 frozen cherries
10 frozen cranberries
however much soymilk it takes to get the blender moving

you may have to adjust quantities.
