5 yrs but then i turned vegan, but then i ate some cheese pizza and egg fried rice, so i'm 6 yrs vegetarian
but i'm retarted so my 6 year is like 10 days in normal human life
In two months, it will have been 4 years! And that includes never consciously eating meat. Although for a year or two I ate seafood on occasion. No more, though. I've got no plans for going vegan though, that would be absolutely no fun.

I've been a vegetarian for 21 years. I'm not a vegan (someone who eats no animal products whatsoever), but I do not eat anything with a face, LOL. Since I live in CA, it's very easy to find good-tasting non-meat items in stores and restaurants. I could probably be a vegan were it not for my love of cheese!
over three years-love it! My 12 year old daughter is a veggie too. We eat more creative things now than we ever did before

I have been a vegitarian since the day of my birth and i really love my lifestyle. I've never actually gotton sick. i barley go to the dentist because me dentist says that i have perfect teeth. I find that you also get pretty buff with being vegitarian. I have six packs and i've been working out for 2 months. I have high motablism, low blood pressure, a gotie and blue eyes and im indian which is wierd. I love to surf ski and when ever i do i never get food cravings. I plan to stay a vegitarian for the rest of my life. Also my girlfriend is a vegitarian from birth
Well I was a vegi fir 9 yrs, decided to cut out meat when I was 11 but then discovered atkins at 20, needed to loose a few pounds and never looked back. Although I am still very fussy, I won't eat red meat, I mainly eat chicken and enjoy it now. Christmas Dinners are no fun when you are a veggi!
about 2 months but before that i was for about a year then i had to eat meat becuase i got sick...i was only 10 though...lol..now i am 13..so i can do it better...but if you think i stated young my bff has been vegitarian for 5 years and she just turned 14...wow

I became vegetarian a few days after my 7th birthday so that's 18 and a half years ago.I became vegan a couple of weeks after I was 16 so I have been vegan for 9 and a half years.
I'm 25 and 100% healthy-proof you don't need to eat animals to be healthy.

I did have a little relapse back to cheese, shortly after I deceided to become a vegan, but it only lasted a few days, I felt so guilty.

i made the choice to stop eating cow when i was 16 -24 yrs ago. i never liked the taste. i limit my animal flesh intake, but know that i need the protein.

there are somedays when everyone around me is eating a bacon sandwich for breakfast after a good night out and i feel left out but then i just think about the good im doing. they often try to break me but i know what i believe is right and they cant change that

when i saw the full slaughter of a horse and then it was hung up skinned and its head was on the floor nice vision !!
im now 31 and never looked back on meat
