Is an avocado a fruit or a veggie?!

Question:

Is an avocado a fruit or a veggie?

I'm guessing fruit but, just making sure.

Answers:
Yes your right avocado is a fruit, as the someone said it has a seed. Any food that has a seed is a fruit.

An avocado is a veggi.

It is a veggie - trust me

it's a fruit because it has a seed

It is a fruit, that is eaten as a vegetable. The other main one, that is the same, is the tomato.

It's a fruit it has a big pit, like a peach.

Hope this Helps!

A fruit

Botanically-Fruit because of its seed
Culinary- Vegetable because it is used primarily in savory (not sweet) applications (but i have also seen it used in sweet dishes, but rarely).

I'd say fruit.

It is a fruit, but just like the tomato many people call it a veggie

It's a fruit. And a tomato is a berry. Yup.

Both. Because some says it vegetable and some as fruit.
