Answers:
Yes, I love it. I like the vanilla flavored soy milk, and the chocolate, and the plain.
I Love soymilk....
I like to drink it through a straw....
And In a coffee cup,
All heated up and microwaved.
Chocolate.... soymilk......
(You'll have to excuse my craziness, I just had alot of coffee.)
I Just Have SOOOO many feelings...
I guess you'd say
What can make me feel this way?
Soy milk (Soy milk, Soy milk)
Choc-o-late Soymilk (Soy milk).
*yes I made this little jingle up* I mean not the actual song but you know that.
You know what I absolutely hate... When you pour yourself a nice big bowl of yummy cereal, and you open your fridge, and you reach for your soymilk, and IT IS EMPTY... ahhhhh
That happened to me today... I had already poured the bowl of cereal, and a cup of coffee. So I ended up eating dry cereal, and drinking black coffee.
Ohh and to your question... drink all the soymilk you want.... It is good for you... all the nutrition of cow's milk, but without the nasty saturated fat, and cholesterol...

Vegan, soy milk enthusiast. :)

First off, no i hate the stuff.

But it is very good for you so dont worry :)

No, its fine for you, its the only milk that I will drink. Soy milk doesn't have the proteins of regular milk that can sometimes impair its digestion. Also, soy milk is fortified with much more vitamins and minerals, like selenium, that a person needs, however most people rarely receive.

I love soy milk.... and it is very healthy for you

Only if you have previously been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor that grows by estrogens...it is not known whether phyto estrogens in soy products can stimulate growth of such tumors or not...

Otherwise moderation in all things is good.

It is very good for you, I drink chocolate like it's there's no tomorrow!!!

Both soy milk and regular milk are supposed to be "bad" for you. According to many nutritionists, we don't really have the enzymes necessary to effectively digest regular milk, and soy milk is supposed to generate a lot of excess mucous in the body. Plus, soybeans are pretty much universally genetically engineered, and who knows what that means. An alternative that I have heard about but haven't tried, is nut milk. Here's a recipe:

Soak 1.5 cups of almonds overnight.
Soak 3 pitted dates overnight

Put in a blender:

the soaked nuts
the soaked dates
2.5 cups water
half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Blend it, and pour it through a fine mesh strainer. Press the pulp against the strainer to get out all the liquid. If storing the milk, shake it up before each use as it will separate.

I agree so much that I make my own.

I bought a soymilk maker at Amazon for about $130 - it allows me to make my own for about a quarter per 45 oz. I make a brick of tofu for less than that.

I have added fruit concentrate to my milks - Blueberry milk, Strawberry, raspberry served over cereal is great.
Of course I have used chocolate, vanilla, and maple syrup also.
I can use unrefined sugar - or sucralose for a lower in calorie type.

It is so fresh, the tofu can be eaten raw, it is so good.

If you drink that much of it, consider the machine, save yourself some money.

At our house, we couldn't say that we are addicted to it, but we sure love it.
I haven't had a glass of cows' milk in 25 years, but we use soy milk for everything, and no problems so far.
One day I wanted to make mac and cheese for my 9 year old and all we had was vanilla soy milk, so he said, go for it, Mom. I made it with the sweet vanilla milk and he loved it! My DDIL was horrified though.
Good luck

Addiction is a physiological and psychosocial illness. This is not. Don't confuse the two.

There's nothing wrong with soymilk, and everything wrong with dairy.

Most soymilks are organic, and organic foods are always non-GMO. Just stick with the organic stuff, which happens to taste much, much better, and you'll be fine.
