Whaich contains more protein meat or vegetables?!

Question:

Whaich contains more protein meat or vegetables?

for a school project

Answers:
In general, meat has more protein in it. However, there are vegetable such as soy and vegetable based products on the market such as Textured Vegetable Protein - TVP - that have quite a bit of protein in it. Generally anything with soy in it is going to have a high amount of protein.

That said, if you're looking to make an overall comparison, vegetables are usually lower in protein than meat.

Good luck with the project!

Meat. But beans do too and their a veggie.

Meat!

Meat

Look at the nutrition labels in your kitchen and do your own homework.

While both options can provide some protein, the top foods to eat are meats like chicken, fish and beef.
