anyone can tell me what a figolla is? it is something to eat but what?

Answers:
Figollas are sweet pastries filled with almonds..pieces or paste .. they are traditionally eaten on Easter Sunday ..you will find most of them shaped like lambs or rabbits (any Easter symbol) and not as often fish..they may be chocolate covered ,iced or even eaten with Jam .. very tasty ..many nationalities have created their own versions.. you should try one or two ...

Figolli (Figollas) are almond pastries cut to represent symbolic figures (like fish) and usually abound at Easter.
