Do you eat them with or without salt? Without salt, a little more than 3 and a half ounces contains 165 calories, 14.12 grams of total fat, 1.48 grams of saturated fat (the fat you should try to avoid), less than a gram of sodium, lots of potassium, 6.82 grams of carbs, 3.15 grams of fiber (seeds are generally a good source of fiber), and 5.48 grams of protein. It also contains folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. If you want to know the exact amounts, let me know. Also, the oil in the sunflower seeds are mostly polyunsaturated fat, which is ok to eat in small amounts since it won't affect your blood cholestrol.
