I am interested in trying some authentic Ayurvedic dishes. I love to cook, and if anyone knows some delicious and healthy dishes, or a good cookbook for this style of food, I would appreciate it.

here is a link with some interesting ayurvedic recipes-they sound great, and I am going to try some. Thanks for causing me to think of it again-its been awhile since I cooked these types of things
