Answers:
Portobello mushrooms are the steaks of the mushroom family

INGREDIENTS
? 3 portobello mushrooms
? 1/4 cup canola oil
? 3 tablespoons chopped onion
? 4 cloves garlic, minced
? 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use. Place caps on a plate with the gills up.
2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour.
3. Grill over hot grill for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

I like four of them

Porcine
Morel-pick in the spring under apple trees
Stumpy Pinkies-pick late September in hollows that are damp, off of logs that have fallen
You need to know which ones to pick or you may become ill

Extra virgin olive oil/shallots and or garlic-fry in a skillet

I make a spaghetti sauce with portabellas, this is awesome

Try portabella mushroom with a little olive oil 1/2 tbs with a slow churned butter to add a little flavor put in the pan saute it taste good.
