Needed 100% soya diet.?!

Question:

Needed 100% soya diet.?

This is for people in the UK.

I have Klinfelters Syndrome and have come off the testosterone implant and injections which I was on for approximately 30 year.
I now find that because of the syndrome and the fact that I am a chick with a dick 'yes true and without surgery' I should to be on a 100% soya diet.
So can anyone help me with what I can buy from locale supermarkets as a diet so the at I can move on to a 100% of soya diet, one thing I have found is Soylife capsules which contain 23 mg of soya per capsule.

Thanks for your help on this one

I don't know of this syndrome, so sorry you have to suffer it.They say there is a silver lining to every cloud; maybe being 'a chick with a dick' will make you pretty popular with people? (I certainly find you very interesting.)

Supermarkets are not the best places to go looking for soya products, they have more than they used to, but still it's best to go to your local 'health food store'.
I expect you could search on line and find wholesalers and buy in bulk and save loads of money. These products keep very well. Try 'Essential Trading' in Bristol, 'Harvest' in Bath. Then there are the companies that make veggie burgers etc., like www.haldanefoods.co.uk in Bucks.
Hmm these places all begin with B....?

Beanfeast is another company. Try your local Holland and Barrett for some ideas, but they are mostly pill pushers rather than purveyors of good nutritious Soya products.

Do you mean eating only soy products?

There are many products out there for you. Try health food shops and supermarkets. Alpro have the widest selection of soya products. Check them out for ideas http://www.alprosoya.co.uk

frozen soya products such as mince, meatballs, etc. are all available at Tesco's
