Question:

What are somethings you can eat if your a vegitarian?

Answers:
Basically anything without meat or fish.

Its really not that hard.. just think about it.

Pizza, salad, anything else that doesn't have meat or eggs in it.

Well, actually there are lots of things to eat.
Here are a few:
*Corn
*Broccoli
*Hmm....actually any veggie!
*Nuts
*Pasta
*Grains(any)
*Fruits
*Anything but meat!

vegetables, soy, fruit, tofu............

You can eat anything that never walked, swam or flew - mainly, plants. You can't eat the flesh or organs or products that came from any creature that did. That's the strictest kind of vegetarian and is called vegan.

Some vegetarians are a bit more liberal and allow "things that came from" like eggs and milk. they are lactoovovegetarians (lacto=milk, ovo=egg).

I eat whatever other people eat minus the meat and use substitutions like mushrooms or beans. This week I have had homemade pizza with onions and peppers, Quorn philly cheese "steak", Pasta with sauce, grilled cheese & tomato with potato wedges, stir fry, BLT made with Smart Bacon (soy), etc.
