I was a vegetarian for 2 months-ish and my body won't let me eat meat.?
I was a semi vegetarian.. i ate white meat sometimes. The only thing is that now, my stomach gets too nervous to eat beef when i go to the fridge to get some left-overs. What's wrong with me? And how can i start eating meat again? and do i need help?

No. You're ok you're body isn't used to it that's all. I had given up any kind of sweets and butter/margarine. When I went back to it the first few times I felt a little ill.

its in your head .... just have to stop believing you will react badly....i was a vege for 3 years ended it with a steak and was fine.....and yummmmmm
I had the same experience. Just eat a little meat if you have to, to start with, but it does change the way your body reacts (and smells).
There's no real need to eat red meat - at least, unless its winter (the fat helps keep you warm) or you have a B12 or iron deficiency. You can do fine without it most of the time.
maybe because your body ajusted to having hardly any iron so if i were you i would slowly eat more and more meat meals, dont have one giant slab of steak, you might want to go graduale
Wow, me too. I only usually eat fish and chicken. I am really picky when my family eats meat, it makes me really sick to look at and think about eating it.
Maybe just start eating small pieces with no fat or blood on them. I only eat red meat now if I have to, as in there is no salad or white meat alternative. I dont even like Macdonalds.
Do you want to eat meat again? You dont have to, its a personal choice. Try a plate 3/4 salad. 1/4 meat and eat it together.

you have to eat stuff easy to digest, get some chicken
and eat it with stuff like, a pizza or something, you can't just grab a steak and chomp down, er, that is all
your body isnt used to eating meat as u have stopped eating it but u probably will eventually get used to it

My brother was allergic to meat. He would get rashes
and there were times when we had to take him to the emergency room.
In time, his body learned to take it in..
He was also lactose intolerant..now he can eat whatever he wants...
Just try giving yourself some time and don't think that it'll make you feel sick...

You subconsciously don't want to eat meat and your body's trying to tell you not to. It's a possibility.
First off, there is no such thing as a semi vegetarian. You ate flesh, therefore you were still an omnivore. Secondly, why are you asking vegetarians how to eat meat?

You don't need help. Maybe just ask yourself why you don't want to eat meat. Why do you feel that you have to eat meat? I am a vegetarian and lots of meat products make me feel queasy- which is part of the reason I don't eat meat. Just do some soul searching and figure out what is right for you!
