What is the best source for portein?!

Question:

What is the best source for portein?

Answers:
The best sources are from beef, pork, poultry and fish. Fish is the healthiest source of protein because it is low in fat and provides omega three fatty acids.
Tofu, beans, nuts, and soy protein are good sources for vegetarians and vegans. But there is a difference in the two types of protein. Eating 20 grams of tofu isn't the same as eating 20 grams of beef. The beef will have a stronger amount of protein because animals themselves need protein to gain muscle and daily life.
Beef/ fish = best source of protein for non vegetarians
Tofu= best source for vegetarians

As you age, adequate protein intake and body protein reserves are important, especially during times of emotional and physical stresses. Body proteins are constantly being made and used during your lifetime to maintain the functions of the cells and organs. Protein is needed to help to prevent muscle loss. Good sources of protein-rich foods are meats, fish, dairy products, dried beans and peas, or tofu. Dairy foods also provide calcium. Other protein foods such as meats, fish, and dried beans and peas are good sources of iron and zinc

One of the best sources of protein comes from a combination of cooked pinto beans and corn tortillas. Combined inside your body that meal makes as much protein as a sirloin steak, but without the cholesterol. But note, this doesn't include refried beans which includes a lot of animal fat.

The other vegetable with the protein is yams (sweet potatoes).

Foods which are rich in protiens ae; eggs,fish,leafy green vegetables n meat like:chicken,muton,beef,etc n most important of all milk which s wat i hate da most!!
