Have you ever baked with Madhava Agave Nectar?!

Question:

Have you ever baked with Madhava Agave Nectar?

Is it the same as honey and does it work?
Thanks

Answers:
In recipes, use about 1/3 cup of Agave Nectar for every 1 cup of sugar. For most recipes this rule works well.
When substituting this sweetener in recipes, reduce your liquid slightly, sometimes as much as 1/3 less. Reduce your oven temperature by 25 degrees.
As a food exchange, a one-teaspoon serving of agave nectar equals a “free food”. Two servings or two teaspoons equals ? carbohydrate exchange.
“Raw” agave nectar has never been cooked or exposed to temperatures over 115 degrees F.

No, its not the same as honey. It is thiner, more like a syrup, and has a less strong taste. I love it and use it in everything from baked goods to tea. Its much healthier than sugar, and I love the flavor.
