Wat r the rules for a vegitarian and vegan???!

Question:

Wat r the rules for a vegitarian and vegan???

Like wat all can u eat and not eat and stuff like that.

Answers:
there is no rules, it a matter of education and personal choice. There is no veggie police to enforce any rules. Learn about hidden sources of dead animals, such as gelatine (jello) which is made from the boiled skins, bones, ligaments and tendons of slaughtered animals, and is in many things such as pop tarts, yogurt, ice cream, pudding, processed foods, pastries, frostings, etc. Things marked "natural" flavors or colors are most often from animal sources. Many vitamins, including those in "enriched" products such as fortified cereal, pasta, rice, flour, etc. are animal based. Most fast food french fries have beef tallow in them. Read labels for ingredients, if you dont know what something is, google it to see where it came from. Other than that, you can eat anything you want except meat. Replace meat protein with beans, legumes, pulses, lentils, and whole grains such as rice, quinoa, millet, etc. Good luck. You will feel tons better for it-meat is nasty-full of parasites, bacteria, and other gross stuff.

let's see,... you can't eat meat, you can't wear real fur, no hunting, no fishing, and stuff like that.
bread, vegatables, fruits, and 100% fruit juice, are some good choices for being a vegatarian....
i think there's more 2 it, but that's all i can think of...

As I understand it, a vegetarian is one who does not eat meat of any kind and does not eat eggs or ingest any milk products. However, some do eat chicken and fish to get the necessary proteins, while others occasionally eat cheese or eggs. Otherwise, proteins come form beans and nuts and other sources, or from supplements. A strict vegetarian will not eact any of those foods under any circumstances.

A vegan is similar to a vegetarian with regard to food, but is musch stricter wehnit comes to using animal by-products. They do not eat any animal-based foods and do not wear any clothing items that are made from animal skins or parts. No leather shoes, belts, or handbags, or anything made from animals.

Having said that, I know people who profess to be one or the other, but they break the rules. I do not know anyone who is strictly one or the other.

Pretty much, it's all up to you. You can decide what and what not you want to eat. Some people chose to just not eat red meat and some chose to not eat any dairy or meat products (vegan.) If you truly want to become a typical vegetarian, just stop eating meat and give up wearing fur products. Really, its up to you. Do what you feel comfortable with.

NO MEATS NO FUR NO FISH NO EGGS NO MILK or anyfing like that trust me i am a vegaterian lol i just have qworn and frut and veg it helps it shard but its woth it lol hope i helped xxxx

There are are different types of vegetarians:

Lacto-ovo vegetarianism: Do not eat meat, but eat eggs, dairy and honey

Lacto vegetarianism: Do not eat meat and eggs, but eat dairy and honey

Ovo vegetarianism: Do not eat meat and dairy, but eat eggs and honey

Vegans: Do not eat any animal products at all. Nor do they wear animal products.

first of all, do u really believe u would be able to handle it?

vegitarian means you dont eat meat or fish
vegan means you dont eat meat, fish ,or eggs

Vegan - no: animal products, milk, cheese, meat, anything with gelatin in it, stuff like that
Vegetarian - no: meat, anything with gelatin in it
