Nope, all real mozzarella is made with it.
you can buy most cheeses now made from vegetarian rennet. Whole Foods stores have them, Cabot is a good brand. Vegetarian rennet is made from a microbial weed and works just as effectively as animal rennet.
I get a brand called "Vegan Gourmet" and it is so delicious!
They have a Mozz style and a Cheddar Style and are both completely vegan. They don't taste as good eaten on crackers, etc, but they are fabulous for cooking and baking.
