Vegetarians- What additional vitamins do you take?!

Question:

Vegetarians- What additional vitamins do you take?

Answers:
Just a centrum (generic of) and calcium with D (like oscal D). You could buy pricey pure vegetarian ones if you want.

Be sure to take iron. When I stopped eating meat I went anemic and was nearly hospitalized.

B-12 is another mostly meat vitamin that the body needs

I take a multivitamin a couple of times a month.

It doesn't contain gelatin or stearate.

B12 and B Complex and sometimes vitamin C.

Pretty much none (~7 years). Sometimes generic Centrum, but I'm too lazy to get it. Most cereal has a lot of fortification in it by itself.

However, it's probably a good idea anyway to take some.

None. As long as you eat a wide variety of foods, and eat different foods every day, you don't need any at all.

I'm vegan for a long time. None. Vitamins are a scam. Vitamins cannot be put into pill form. You'd need to consume a whole food of some sort. Perhaps a raw powdered algae of some kind, but I try to eat a variety of foods, but not at one meal for good digestion. That's it. Not only is eating a variety of foods good for me, it's a real pleasure too.
