It depends what type. My favorite is the Bratwurst but for some reason, they're really hard for me to find. On the brats, I like sauerkraut. With the Italian sausages, I like grilled or quick fried onions and green & red peppers.
try looking around in here its lots of ideas some are vegan some arent ,just have to look it looks pretty good though
i eat lightlife fake-sausage, but same concept, right? I love it for breakfast, scrambled in a pan. I cook it with onions until it's browned, then add broken up extra firm tofu (smush some of the water out) and sliced zucchini. Season it all with some soy sauce and maybe a bit of Mrs. Dash. Serve with toast and tea. :) We have this at least once a week. It's just too good not to.
