I want to become a vegan...?!

Question:

I want to become a vegan...?

they serve alot of meat and animal products, at the school i attend. and i dont' really eat cheese or drink milk.would it be safe to eat microwaved vegan food all the time?

Answers:
eating microwaved food everyday is definitely not healthy. try packing your lunch ahead of time. maybe a salad with italian dressing or a vinaigrette sauce, fresh fruit salad, or a vegan sandwich (lettuce, tomato, sprouts, little mustard, pickles, etc.)

microwaves mess up everything. including my life. its just. oh my goodness. im tearing up just thinking about it.

im sorry for answering htis question. why did you do this to me? my day just died

Have microwaved food some days, fresh salads on others. Everything in moderation.

You could buy a thermos and pack a hot lunch in it. You can take leftovers from home, or fix something fresh. It should keep the food hot for about 8 hours. I pack a hot thermos lunch for my veggie daughter everyday-she says its always nice and hot. I prepare it the night before, then just reheat it in the morning.

Don't forget peanut butter and jelly! You can eat hummus and pita bread. You can microwave other stuff if needed, but try to eat food cooked in the conventional way all the rest of the time.

Microwaved anything all the time does not sound healthy. You need fresh fruits, grains and vegetables to have good health. I would rethink this one.

Vegan is good but a microwave cooking isn't good way of okay. Microwave ovens originally weren't ment for regular daily eating. They were invented for the easy of those that have to work a lot and don't have much time to cook. The recommendation is cook on a regular stove most of the time. You can cook many things in a good toaster oven!
