What food's can I eat by becoming a vegetarian or vegan?
Which one is easier to become, vegan or vegetarian? I'm so sick of seeing poor little lambs and other animals with those sad faces, I can't imagine eating another burger or something. It's time for a change...

There are many sources online for this info. You will find various types of vegetarian or vegans. Some do or don't eat
dairy products. Some do or don't eat eggs.

Vegetarians don't eat meat.
Vegans don't eat anything related to animals, including meat, dairy products, and eggs. some also don't purchase animal products, such as leather, fur, suede, etc.
Vegetarian is much easier than Vegan, just stay away from anything that has a face.
Vegans use no animal products period. No milk, cheese, butter, etc. Some Vegans dont use leather products, this includes many of your soaps, some plastics/rubber, etc.
It's hard to get used to, but it's great for your heath.
i understand from the question that you are against killing animal for food. thus, the way for you should be Octo-Lacto Vegetarian (also known as Ovo-Lacto) - ie no red meat, poultry, fish, or products that have ingredients which are animal-based such as Gelatine. also don't wear leather or fur. but vegetarian cheese, yoghurt, milk, eggs, honey are permitted since no animals are slaughtered during the process of these products.
lactose-Vegetarians are a bit stricter as they don't eat eggs.
well if you want to know which is easier, vegetarian takes less thinking but vegan is really easy once you get use to it! plus dairy cows just turn in to meat when they cant give milk any more (and their male babies go straight to veal) and egg laying hens get killed once they are of no more use (and the male chicks automatically get killed) so by supporting the dairy and egg industry, you are in a way supporting the meat industry. that's why i choose vegan. you don't have to go vegan but i will give you an example of what i eat daily.
breakfast- oatmeal. i use half oat milk and half rice or almond milk (the rice or almond milk is vanilla flavor for sweetness)
a piece of fruit
I'm in high school still so i bring a pb& jelly sandwich with me to school to hold me untill i get home
for a snack i make a fruit smoothie with a banana, bubbly water, and a frozen fruit or a serving of (vegan soup)
dinner can be anything like vegan tacos (i make spanish rice and beans instead of meat.)
if you want to know anything else, you can email me!
ah yes, and vegetarians dont eat fish, gelatin, poultry and red meat and vegans avoid the above and dairy and egg products and animal by products
It is much easier to become a vegetarian because you have still milk products and eggs you can use, honey, everything (nearly) else than meat.
You can start out being a vegetarian and then become a vegan with time. That's what I'm doing right now. I'm more and more leaving out milk products and eggs and on most of my days I am vegan but sometimes I just have to have something dairylike.
You can eat everything but meat/fish if you are a vegetarian, and if you are a vegan you leave out dairy products, honey, leather (shoes, clothes), everything derived from animals.
Vegetarian eating is easier cause You can still eat dairy products..Just don't eat animals! Vegans have harder time cause they don't eat anything to do with animals, no meat including no fish no poultry, no dairy products, no gelatin products, not even honey cause that is made by a bee which is an insect a type of living critter they consider animal!
vegetarian~ anything BUT meat
vegan~ anything except 4 meat/animal products of any kind... it depends how strict U want 2 be with yourself.
