Being a meat eater I don't have many vegetarian favourites. But this hippy chick fed me a baked dinner once and the roast was something like a Cannelinni Bean Roll? Have never forgotten that meal and would like to try and make something like that myself. Any ideas?

You might want to just Google the phrase "Cannonelloni Recipes" and see if there is one that sounds like what you might have mad.
Or you could just make contact with your friend and asked what she fed you.
