Where can I buy Bulgur? ( i think that is how it is spelled)?
Ive tried finding it in my local supermarkets..but i cant find it! HELP!
Answers:
You can get bulgur wheat from most health food stores or a local food co op. You are much better off with whole wheat though, as it retains all the nutrients lost in the processing. Bulgur has been polished, cleaned and parboiled, which causes it to lose alot of nutrients. You can grind whole wheat into smaller particles like bulgur in a food mill.
Bulger wheat? try Trader Joe's (if you live in Southern Ca) or your local health food store.
you spelled it right and its awheat gluten i think you better look out
i think there is no bulgur anymore at this time.
Bulguria?
I am not sure where you live but I see bulgur in all stores even bulk store. You must go to the middle eastern aisle or middle Eastern stores if you have any in your city. Otherwise try whole foods or health food stores.
worse comes to worse you can order online:

in the pasta aisle, usually up really high or really low.
I haven't found it in a regular supermarket either. Do you have a health food store in the area? They ought to carry it.
It's not in all supermarkets but many do carry it. Look by the oatmeal in the small packs of wheat, quinoa, flours and other stuff. You can usually find it among those.
