-Under the 1997 feed regulations, the FDA specifically allowed the feeding of chicken litter to cattle to continue, even if the chickens had just been fed meat and bone meal made from cattle remains
-The U.S. also is presently testing only 1 out of every 18,000 cows slaughtered
-In fact, the USDA, which now tests only 1% of all slaughtered cows
-26.6 million pounds of antibiotics are administered to animals each year, with only 2 million pounds used to treat active infections. In comparison, 3 million pounds of antibiotics are used in humans each year.

kobe beef is the best but it is terribly expensive.

most steak is angus but the meat depends on the way the animal was raised:
there are organic beefs that are grass fed available where I live that are healthy, but personally the grass fed beef is a little to lean for me.

and "kobe" is not a beef cattle. the cattle kobe beef is from, named after a place in japan, is actually called WAGYU.
