Any recipe ideas without meat and alcohol?!
Any recipe ideas without meat and alcohol?
I'm a newbie vegetarian.. Is there any recipe I can try that will make things easier for me but high in flavor? I don't eat meat or alcohol so your recipe must have to be free of such ingredient. Please give me the link to recipes or post the recipes here.
I have few cans of beans and brussel sprouts on the fridge at this moment. In addition to blueberries, strawberries, plums, apples, oranges, and nectarine. There’s no tofu available in where I live.

i personally love saute'd mushrooms! but as for your list of ingredients, i don't suppose a fruit bowl will suffice... you don't have much in your fridge

Eggplant Parmesan is tasty and has no meat or alcohol. I think eggplant would be a good thing to look into if you can't get tofu were you live because you can substitute it for beef in most dish's.
There are lots of recipe ideas on the following website and they are all meat free and mainly alcohol free:
Whole Wheat Pasta, nice thick tomato sauce, toss in the beans and brussel sprouts and some sort of imitation meat.
This is my recipe
ingredients - some vegetables like onion tomato capsicum , asparagus , some greens spinach bean sprout etc. (any vegetable u like).
method-put some butter in a pan and let it melt. then add the vegetables with some garlic or ginger.then add flavourings like salt , pepper, vinegar, soya sauce , fish sauce , stir fry sauce any thing.and voila ur simple vegetable stir fry is ready
serve it hot with some steaming rice or on top of noodles or with a crunchy peice of bread
To me real cooking is about improvising, not recipes. So I would just saute those too together maybe with some spices and see what happens and serve over rice or something.
