About being vegetarian..?
Is there any good subsitute meats? I don't know what they look like.

Amys mostly does organic stuff and doesn't have too many substitute meats. Quorn is mostly veggie chicken. Boca has veggie burgers (I don't really care for them). Morning Star has TONS of stuff, that's the best choice IMO.
A warning with meat analogues:
Most (but not all) fake meats are made by huge food conglomerates, many largely responsible for animal product production in the U.S. Just remember that just becuase something doesn't have animal products in it doesn't mean you aren't harming animals.
