What food is more effective on losing weight....fruit or vegetables?

i want the least fat possible in food or if possible NO fat at all. thanks to all who answer.

Veggies, since the sugar content (fructose) in fruit is higher.There is a little sugar in veggies, but your tastebuds cannot detect it. As we all know, sugars absorbed from the foods we eat, if not used is stored as fat.

Vegetables may not taste as good lol But they are healthier Just dont put stuff like Melted Cheese or stuff like that on your broccli. Fruit is also a very good source there both good for other things you should have both.

most fruits are sweet but not tomatos because of the high acid in them which will help the metabolicism rate burn fat.
If You want to lose weight fast.. Eat 6 tomatos a day and drink plenty fluids. Also eat other fruits.. bananas cause potassium will also help one lose weight. Also drink 3 cups of Uvi Ursi herbal tea. Avoid eating too much pastas.

Fruits are a great tool for losing weight. Their high water content helps flush the body of fats and toxins. Fresh pineapple helps break down excess fats. It contains bromelian, a natural enzyme that helps digest protein-which is stored in fat. Watermellon is filling and mostly water. I recommend eating lots of fruits, preferably organic and in their natural state. Cucumbers and celery are high in water content too. Drink lots of fresh, quality water. Avoid tap, purified or enhanced bottled water-which is nothing more than chlorinated tap water. Spring or steam distilled is best. For flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime, and a couple of slices of cucumber to water. The cucumber gives it a nice silky texture. well celery is actually a negative calorie vegetable. it burns more calories in digestion than it produces. i think i would eat both veggies and fruits to balance the two out.
