Cannellini beans?!

Cannellini beans?

Does anyone have a simple recipee for cannellini beans that I could use as a side dish? Thanks!


Answers:
They make a nice salad. Just rinse them with water, drain, and add corn, peppers, onions, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, and herbs. Chill to allow the flavors to blend. They are also nice added to seasoned mashed potatoes, and fried in to patties. Just mash the beans with the potatoes, season, add celery, peppers, onion and parsley, form into little cakes and saute in a lightly oiled pan until crispy, and serve with cocktail sauce. They are good made into a rice pilaf too, with green peas. Hope this helps, enjoy!

I just open the can add seasoning and eat over rice. nothing fancy don't have the time.

I DO THIS FOR THE SPRING, CANNELLINI BEANS WATERCRESS, SLICED ENGLISH CUCUMBER,SCALLION,AND SMALL GRAPE TOMATOS,OLIVE OIL,LEMON, SALT AND PEPPER.....I ALSO MAKE A SOUP WITH VEGGIE BROTH, ONION, CILANTRO,AN 1/4 CUPOF ORZO,,1/2 CUP OF ZUCCHINI NAMASTE
