Juice plus - this stuff any good?
I thought I'd ask the vegetarians since they're so cynical about all of these supplements and inorganic products. So what do you think? A no go?
It's just that whenever I buy fruits and vegetables at the market, I always end up wasting half of them. They always go bad before I eat them. I just can't get into the habit of eating enough of them.

No, Juice Plus is a pretty terrible product according to all the experts who have reviewed it (aside from those on the company payroll). Juice Plus is deceptively labelled, overpriced, nutrient deficient, and fraudulently marketed. Here are a few links for more information:

It seems alright to me I guess. Do notice that it says "The next best thing to fruits and vegetables," so, it's not as good. Maybe you should but fruits and vegetables more frequently so that you can buy less and they won't go bad before you can eat them. Supplements are okay but the real thing is always better.
